Possible delays due to COVID-19

Unfortunately there have been unexpectedly long delays in the manufacturing and shipping of orders during spring and early summer of 2020. We have had issues with materials, production and shipping due to the global spread of the COVID-19 corona virus and the governmental responses to it.

Production has resumed in full again and future orders should not be heavily affected. We are monitoring the situation intensely and doing everything we can to get everything back to normal.

If you wish to cancel an order recently made please let us know and we will refund your payment immediately. If you wish to wait we will ship your order as fast as possible!

If you make a new order, please expect slightly longer delivery times if you live in a heavily affected area.
